Herbal tea blend with added biotin and selenium. It is important to maintain a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you consume 200ml. of the prepared drink, you will receive 15% of the recommended daily dose of biotin and selenium. We recommend drinking up to 4 drinks per day. Biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients: lemongrass, nettle leaf 10%, cumin, ginger root 5%, dandelion licorice root 3%, lemon myrtle, sodium selenite, biotin. Place the filter bag in 2dl of boiling water (100C). While the bag is in the liquid, shake it several times. Let it sit for 8min. in the water. Gently squeeze the bag before removing it from the cup. Stir the drink and sweeten to taste
